Beautiful black gown with embroided purple flowers very slenderiZing bought a 12 for bust size but altered to a ten Altered length to my height of 5 5” and wore with 3.5 inch heels. Wore to my daughters wedding Mother of the bride this past Oct and got a ton of compliments. Purchased in a private high end boutique Diane and company. Can be worn to any formal event including prom. Cut off straps to hang dress otherwise InExcellent condition.

veredgordon Hi, my first time trying to buy here. My son wedding. Looking for an amazing dress size 10 or 12 depend in the cut. What if I don’t like it after I get it? What’s your return policy?

nnamnarf @veredgordon sorry I can’t take a return because shipping is a lot and the price is the gown is cut drastically ..if you want a dress you can return I would honestly buy from a department store. If you are somewhat my build I would go for the dress as it is truly stunning and flattering.

donna1tyler1 @nnamnarf thank you . I have some questions. Do you know what the material of the gown? Are the flowers raised? Is the embellishments sequence or beading? Is there a crinoline under the dress? What month did you wear the gown?

nnamnarf @donna1tyler1 the flowers are I guess you could say appliqué sewn into the dress and not part of the fabric..fabric says 100 pct polyester but it’s not the polyester you normally think of it’s a heavier material but definitely not too heavy to be uncomfortable but structured enough to hold you in..there is I think it’s called acrinalyn at the bottom of the dress to hold it’s shape from Knees down like you see in the pictures I added

donna1tyler1 @nnamnarf thank you . I now understand the fabric better. I am thinking perhaps more like a Mercatta which is almost like but not quite taffeta feeling. Do you know who the designer is for the gown?

nnamnarf @sunnytog I measured 18 across which makes sense as I wear a 36 in back in bras. It really made me look thin no bra was necessary for me as it held me in on top with the boning

sunnytog @nnamnarf I noticed in an earlier post you said it was altered to a 10. Is the 18 inch measurement with it altered? Can the alterations be let out? I’m somewhere around a 37 inch bra band…and a size 12…just curious! Thanks!

nnamnarf @sunnytog I am Larger on top than bottom when I pull the top part it is more than a 36 it was just hard for me to hold it all open I can try to take another picture later.
