Long black Tank dress with ruffle sleeve

Dress from Tillys, long black dress with rose details, nice light breathable material. Has ruffle sleeves that drop to the sides of the arms for a nice feminine touch. Very flattering. Size Small. I am 5,5 and it is just above the floor.
