Long ankle length spandex floral skirt

New without tags. Bought for a cruise to alter , too much $ and never had time, I'm 5 ft and it reaches my ankles from the hip, would fit a taller person perfect depending on length preference . My hips are 34, waist 26 Too small to accommodate it , hips don't align with me , but super cute nonetheless, bought at JC Penny.
