Long and flowy flowery dress

Has no tags for size or brand (my daughter took them off). I have worn this dress when I was very pregnant as well as when I was a sz 24/26 and can currently wear it as a sz 18. The top part is stretchy so conforms to you. Being the bottom part is naturally flowy, it works either way.
