Long “Velvet” Black skirt

This skirt is a great piece for anyones collection. I bought it recently to hopefully hem and add to my own, but I decided against it. This skirt has a wonderful back zipper and a stretchy waist band. I am a medium and this skirt fits a little bit larger than that (so it’s a bit loose around my waist). Please see measurements. It is about 41 inches long with a 15.5 waist (laying). Comes from a smoke free home. Belt not included.
