lou33133 @kristy_farrell so the material overall is pretty stretchy, but the waist is very stretchy. More so than the average elastic waist. At the waist it’s measuring about 16inches but can stretch to over 20 inches without even reaching the full stretch of the band. Pit to pit is just shy of 19inches and shoulder to hem is about 39inches
