Long Sleeve Rue21 Dress

I bought this dress a few years ago because it is adorable! However, I never had the chance to wear it to any event and it’s just been in my closet. It does look like there is a little snag in the middle back, from another dress in my closet, but it’s not that noticeable as shown in the pictures. Feel free to ask questions!
