Long Sleeve Dress

This is a long sleeve tight dress with cutouts over the chest and back. I got this dress for a formal award ceremony months before the event and when I went to wear it for the event, I realized it was too short for the occasion (I am 5’11” for context). It stretchy but not too stretchy and would perfect for any formal event.
