fearfalls @fireflyrd hi! I can't give exacts as they are prepackaged and I don't want to take it out of the plastic but I have a large that I wear that fits with room as a 12, so I'd estimate a medium would fit around a 6 to 8 but probably up to a 10. there is some stretch.
