Long Skirt in “V” Pattern Dark Blue & White

Super comfy, lightweight skirt in V pattern of dark blue and white. It’s a skirt by Pieces / Kensie and is 40 inches long. The diameter of the waistband is 15 inches. It looks to me to be maybe a size 6 but I could be wrong. The bottom edge of the skirt is frayed (see pictures). So soft it almost feels like a t-shirt. It really is very cute, I wish it fit me!
