Long Silver Tassel Necklace - Vintage - Boho

This is a higher end necklace. Unfortunately, it is not marked. It was purchased in the 80s at Nordstrom. The chain piece is approximately 19" long, and the entire pendant is 5 3/4" from top to bottom. Silver in color. I don't know the metal, but it's super bright and shiny!
