Long Plaid Dress/Shirt

Super cute! You can wear this with leggings or open over a pair of jeans and a shirt! Super cute! Brand NEW!! Never been worn! The Tag says L but I would say it fits a M better than a L. I honestly don't know if this is a dress or a shirt! I'm 5 11" so maybe it's just too short on me to be a dress! It does cover my butt but I would wear leggings or pants with it. Length 30" Armpit to armpit 18" Shoulder to Shoulder 16"
