platinumstop @dabyelle Hi, The chest measures about 18 3/4" or 19" (If I stretch it out). The shoulders measure about 16".

platinumstop @dabyelle Meant to mention that it has a thin wool lining buttoned into the coat. This makes it warmer than traditional rain coat material. I found it roomy enough to wear over sweaters for snowy weather and wore it often when I lived in NY. The length is great for full outfit coverage on windy rainy days.
