Long Full Length Petticoat Layered Costume Gown

Full length petticoat. Has 3 layers. Very inside layer meausres about 14" long, can use this to puff out the outer layers. The outer 2 layers both measure about 36" long. While lying flat, waist measures about 12" across (24" around), but it does have an elastic waist that stretches quite a bit.
