Long Formal Evening Gown

Beautiful long formal evening gown. it is navy blue and gold. beautiful gold appliques and rhinestones throughout the dress. the dress top part is chiffon with a lining under it. Dress is very flattering. Bought at Macy's and I believe they still sell it. I paid $200 for it and have worn it 2 times. I have since lost weight and it is too big for me and will cost too much to alter it. The dress was originally altered in the length and length of the sleeves. I am 5' 2" length of dress from right under the gold appliques is 40" and the sleeves are 24"
