Long Flowing Chiffon Floral Dress by WHBM, Size 8

This long, chiffon floral sundress has a black background with a neutral colored floral pattern. It has been worn only 2 times (to two different weddings). The dress gathers at the waist and the straps cross-cross in the back. Almost like new condition. Can be dressed up or down with high or flat heeled sandals/pumps. It is absolutely gorgeous when worn.
