Long Blue Summer Dress

This vintage dress has an elastic band on both sleeves, as well as around the top. The belts do not come with the dress but they were added to show how well they complement the dress. It's very flowy and is tagged as a medium but may fit like a large. Two models are shown wearing it. One typically wears small/medium dresses while the other wears a 14 or large. A pairing of any belt is able to hold the dress in place for many sizes! The material itself is soft and breathable.
