Long 90s Dress

Vintage/retro, circa 1990s. Black & white polka dot patterned dress. Hits just above the ankle. Light 100% Rayon material. Also came with a wide matching pattern belt, but the face of the buckle was just glued, and it popped off. I still have it and can include it. Just a heads up, it’s not the best quality (the belt).
