London Times Matte Jersey Faux Wrap Dress

Worn very few times, short sleeved jersey knit faux wrap London Times dress, simple floral print, very subtle ruffle trim. Hits at knee - approximately 38-40" length. In excellent condition, looks brand new - I bought a size up and it is just slightly too big. Purchased summer of 2019.
