London Times 3/4 sleeve dress black w light blue

Black with light blue swirl pattern 3/4 sleeve dress. It kind of has a faux wrap dress style with ruching around waist. The size tag is missing but it fits like an extra small. I have included measurement pics. The fabric has a little bit of stretch. Its very comfy and great for work.
