dlkgc56 @gretchenhkogut Hi! These do run true to size as I am an 8 and bought them for myself but then got a pair of UGGs as a gift. With regards to sizing up or down, it depends on why you are "between" sizes such as "still growing" or weight change. Arthritis got me from a 7 into an 8. Better to have a little more room than an uncomfortable bunion or blister. Hope that helps and if I can answer anything else, let me know.
