London Fog Sz 2T Purple 💜 Winter Coat

This coat is in great condition except for a couple of spots around the London fog on the left arm. I'm sure that it's something you can get out but I didn't want to ruin the coat by trying so I just lowered the price and hopefully someone will want it as it is in great, almost brand new condition except for those little spots.
