Londa Weisman Signed Large Studio Pottery Bowl Dish Blue Centerpiece Handmade

Handmade and signed by Londa Weisman! This large pottery bowl would make the perfect centerpiece for your dining table. The bowl is glazed with a deep blue that shows flecks of yellow color underneath, and an unglazed rim & base showing the brown clay. The bowl itself has a concentric circle texture, like a ripple in the water. Londa is inspired by the sea and her travels by boat— this bowl seems to evoke a rippling ocean. Londa has been a potter for more than 25 years, with experience at Bennington College / Bennington Potters in Vermont. This would look gorgeous paired with some West German pottery! The bowl is in beautiful condition, with no chips or cracks. The pedestal base has an anomaly that appears to be from when it was created by Londa. Signed on the base.
