nwt, size large from Lola & Sophie an Anthropologie brand. this is the Dobby jacket in eggshell. it is a very lightweight jacket that ties up in the front with draping lapels. no pockets, unlined, soft stretchy fabric. there is no material tag that I can find but it is soft and stretchy. see photos for more details and approximate measurements.
