The skirt is new with tags. It has one tiny tiny discrepancy! there is some loose stitching on the spandex waistline that can easily be remedied! 🧵🪡 size medium waistline unstretched is 13.6 in across laid flat hips are 19 in across laid flat full length is 37 in This is one of the skirts with the diagonal fabric pattern. So it hangs in a slightly asymmetrical, more interesting manner than your typical tiered skirt. it is unlined, which causes it to move beautifully. It is not see-through at all.
