In good condition from smoke free, pet free home. Everything included as pictured on the first photo (disks, manual, receiver, mouse, 3 additional interchangeable snap-on backs.) The rubber feet of the mouse are coming off, so I suggest either replacing or removing. Up to you. Included is also a PS/2 to Serial adapter.
