Loft women's silky blouse/tunic

This top is perfect for wearing with leggings as a tunic or tucked into jeans or a skirt. The pattern is bold, but the colors are soft an feminine. It has regular shirt cuffs and a slightly ruffled neckline with buttons down half the top and little ties that you can leave dangling or make a bow out of. It's a slightly sheer material, but not see through. Feels silky and light. Polyester.
