volcsko @mday630 hi I added two pics with measurements. It falls right from under your arms and is stretchy. So tight under your arms - non stretched is in the pictures. It can easily stretch out to 17- 18 inches without being stretched out. I went down a little from right under the arms for the bust and it is 20 inches ( in picture ).

volcsko I would say it fits like a true medium and could fit someone as a smaller large because the sides can stretch out and then it just hangs. Hope this helps! Feel free to make an offer if you are interested!
