Loft short black textured skirt size 14

Like new…32 “ waist and 19.5” in length.., perfect for the holidays with black tights and a fun graphic tea or dressed up with a beautiful blouse. It’s textured with a bit of sparkle in it just perfect. The measurements do not reflect size 14 more like size 12.
