Loft ruched side Sheath Dress Med

Sophisticated Loft sheath dress: maroon w/unique indigo, bright blue, black, & purple stripes. Sleeve is 1/2 sleeveless, 1/2 cap. Ruched waist creates flattering drape. Lined. COMFY, great alone or w/blazer year round (navy or black!). Rarely worn, NEVER dried. NOTE: Med but *runs small* (see meas below). Also, IMPT to know it is not pilled but has brushed look to fabric.
