Loft jacket blazer knitted cotton fringe open work sweater Small Medium

Super cute sweater-like jacket from the Loft. (no buttons or closure items; it rests open) bits of blue, navy & white woven in. I bought it new a few years ago but haven’t ever worn it. It’s labeled as a Small— I’d sad it would fit a size 4, 6 or 8 very well.
