Loft floral skirt NWOT

NWOT Loft floral skirt with silver thread as seen in close up pic. Purchased and never worn. Black mark on lining was there when I purchased it at Ross. It might come out I haven’t tried. Skirt has a white lining. Measurements are waist 15” and length is 20 1/2”. Comes from a smoke free home. No holds, trades or returns. All sales final. We have pets so a fur or two might slip through. I do my best to keep all items away from our fur babies.
