Loft elastic waist band skirt

Super comfortable with a subtle detail navy blue skirt from loft. I don’t wear this enough to keep. In great condition and fits a medium very comfortably could probably stretch out to a large. I’m 5’3” hits above knee. Could probably be worn more low-mid rise to cover more leg.
