Loft dressy striped sleeveless top XL

Brand new, no tags, Loft sleeveless striped top with ruffled chest area as shown. White with navy, purple, and light blue stripes. Has elasticized bottom hem, has a little stretch to it. Fabric does not stretch. From a smoke free home, but I do have a dog & cat.
