This is a new without tags loft dress size small it is made from 91% polyester and 9% spandex from the back of the neck to the bottom of the dress is 35 inches armpit to armpit is 19 inches. The sleeves are 24 inches from shoulder to end, it has a smile belt that is made from the same material very soft and hard to wrinkle. It has a small 2 inch slit on each side of the dress.
