Loft Petite Medium navy, blue and white floral print skirt. Hit me above the knee. Length is 19". Has as elastic waistband that is 15" across unstretched. Entire skirt has quite a bit of stretch since it's 94% Rayon, 6% spandex. Excellent condition, wore once or less (can't remember wearing it).
