Loft black & white ruffle blouse sz S

This is a sheer black and white patterned blouse with a ruffled neckline and ruffled cuffs on the sleeves. It is lined in black fabric. This is a pop-over style with a v-neckline. It is in great condition....and seems to be oversized. Note measurements. Laying flat pit to pit is 19.....length from top of the shoulder is 23.
