Great summer dress. Black cotton tank dress w/ ruffle detail along the neckline. Ruffle and back bow could use ironing. (Ours broke) No stains or flaws noted. Cleaning out my closet to help pay for college. Comes from a smoke free, dog friendly home. Open to reasonable offers.
