Sexy wrap blouse from Loft. Red and white stitch detailing makes it look like lighter red stripes. I wore a cami underneath as it still comes low when tied. Only measurement I can offer is from back neck to hem is 23” and the tie wraps are long 53”. When tied it forms a flattering peplum.
