Loft Women's Navy Polka Dot Blouse

This Loft women's navy and white polka dot blouse is in great condition with no flaws that I can see. It almost appears black, but is a very dark navy. It has elastic on the sleeves cuffs and is loose fitting everywhere else. there is a slight v-neck with a tie at the front of the top.
