Loft Swim Bandeau Bikini Top - Size S (NWOT)

I purchased this hoping that one day it would fit and it does not. It’s a super cute pattern that I’d planned to wear with either white or blue bottoms. It’s never been worn but the tags have been removed. The cups aren’t removable but the singly strap is detachable. The back is also a tie back that can be adjusted based on size.
