Loft Paisley Patterned Peplum Blouse - Size M

Loft paisley patterned peplum blouse, size M. Blouse has a peplum style bottom, and a unique ruffle style around the neck. Strings near the neck are not functional. Sleeves are elastic at the wrist and a balloon sleeve style. Last photo was taken outside to show most accurate coloring. Colors are navy blue, blue, red, yellow, light pink, and coral. Tag reads size M but runs big. Only worn once and then realized it was too big for me.
