Loft Navy/White Floral Sleeveless Shirt Dress Sz XSP

This is a fun and comfortable summer dress! This belonged to my sister and it fits her slightly just above the knee. She is a small and this fits. There is a stretchy elastic around the waist. It is a sleeveless shirt dress style with a few buttons at the chest. There is a cute floral pattern at the body and a little striped pattern at the shoulders and hem. Fabric is in GREAT condition with no stains or rips.
