Loft Factory Textured Ruffle Shorts. The size tag is cut out, but this seems consistent with a size 16. Waist 19”, inseam 4”. GUC. There are a couple spots about the size of the tip of a pen on the left leg hem, barely noticeable due to location (pictured).
