A must have statement skirt for spring and summer! Perfect for casual wear or dressing it up for the office. Skirt is fully lined and has a side zipper.  Tagged size 4, fits like a small. Measurements listed below and taken with skirt laying flat. Doubled where applicable.  -Waist: approx. 14 inches across (approx. 28 inches overall).  -Length: approx. 18 inches. Condition: Great!
