Loft Blouse Patterned with Ruffles - Size M

Patterned Loft blouse with ruffles, size M. Blouse has ruffles at the shoulders and buttons at the cuffs. There is also a cute detail near the neck in the back (see photos). Colors are dark navy, gold, red and white. The last photo shows accurate coloring. Only worn once as it was too big for me. Size M but fits like size L.
