Loewe Anagram gold steel medallion - extremely rare recreate a custom accessory

Extremely rare. Original Loewe Anagram gold steel medallion in good condition - has an original brand ribbon, front side has natural minor deterioration (as shown in photo). Never worn. Diameter 5.3cm. Can be made into an accessory. A version of this medallion exists with a leather strap on vestaire collective. Does Not have any original dust bag.
