Loefflar Randall drop waist striped dress sz4

Super fun double split strap dress with drop waist and subtle ruffled bottom. Has 4 tiny tears that I honestly wear as is and it’s hardly noticeable, but also easily covered by a sweater or fixed by a seamstress. Can transition to cooler temps with a cute leather or denim jacket and dressed up or down with flats and heels! Great staple!
