Local Socialite Floral Dress

Local socialite floral cut-out dress as seen on Scheana Marie on Vanderpump Rules! This is a repost, I just never got to wear this dress 🙁 like new condition! Size large but is pretty short, so would work better for someone who’s shorter! The dress does have tulle underneath the skirt area to make this dress even more fun and feminine!
