There is a tiny hole at the bottom of the shell which is why the company replaced my bag, and I have this one to resell. I love the bag!

lindsaydeitch Does this have the outside strap that attaches to the luggage? If so is the shell that goes on the outside a nylon fabric instead of the perferated outside?
